Beehive Basin Trail - This 6.6-mile round-trip hike is a must for nature lovers. With an elevation gain of 1,500 feet, it offers stunning views of Lone Peak and leads to a serene alpine lake nestled in a glacial cirque.

Yellowstone National Park - Just about an hour's drive south via US-191, Yellowstone's West Entrance is easily accessible from Big Sky. Explore geysers, hot springs, and abundant wildlife.

Grand Teton National Park - Approximately a 3.5-hour drive from Big Sky, Grand Teton offers stunning mountain landscapes and pristine lakes.
Glacier National Park - For those extending their stay, Glacier National Park is about a 5-hour drive north. Known for its dramatic peaks and over 700 miles of hiking trails, it's well worth the trip.

Horn and Cantle– Refined ranch cooking (wood-fired, locally sourced) at Lone Mountain Ranch, come early for the Saloon, and know the setting includes luxe, historic log-cabin lodging if you want to make a night of it.
Bozeman
Little Star Diner – Hyper-seasonal menu, small and charming, with a rooftop view if you’re lucky.
Blackbird Kitchen – Warm ambiance, wood-fired pizza, and a perfect wine list. A downtown classic.

Mark’s Beefburgers - Mark’s In & Out Beefburgers is an original 1950's drive in in Livingston, Montana, established in 1954. Fresh burgers and nostalgic spot.
